Sept 3, 2025, Penang: CWC Conference. Commonwealth of World Chinatowns (CWC) will hold its second annual conference in Penang from Sept 3 to 8, 2025 at Jen Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La. Themed Voyages@Frontiers of New Asia Maritine Silk Road to the Cosmo, the conference will features talks by key speakers, among them are Prof Gerald Pollack, Ian Hudson, Dr Sheng-Wei Wang, Dr Danny Hilman Natawidjaja, Tan Sri Dr Mazlan Othman and Timofey Egorov.
